The Mike series is the most popular with regard to size of the Pohl Force range of products. With a blade length of 9.5 cm it is large enough to perform heavier work and in the folded state is so compact that it is suitable for (EDC) every day carry.
The Mike Five was constructed completely from scratch. It was decided to use the proven lock-back system and Lionsteel successfully implemented this design for the first time in this model series. Thanks to the integrated ball bearing system (IKBS) the blade deployment is smooth and precise. The Double-Spring lock-back mechanism provides the optimal holding force on the lock and increases the longevity of the spring.
Elaborately rounded and highly polished stainless steel liners with black anodized aluminum spacers give the handle the necessary stability. A fine satin pocket clip and tungsten carbide glass breaker guarantee that the knife is always ready for use and performs well in an emergency. The decorative lanyard assists knife removal facilitates from the pocket or holster. The finely polished blade made from Niolox steel can with its CNC-milled opening aid, assist with single hand blade deployment.
The Mike Five is also supplied with a second generation night illuminated EOD patch as well as the typical Pohl Force EOD collectors pouch. The Mike Five is available in three attractive handle scale options: G-10, Bocote, Santos.
