A. PAYMENT OPTIONS
I. National Shipping:
For shipments within Germany we offer the following payment options, provided the respective product description does not state otherwise:
1. Cash in advance by bank wire transfer
2. Cash in advance by PayPal
II: International Shipping:
For shipping outside of Germany, we offer the following payment options, provided the respective product description does not state otherwise:
1. Cash in advance by bank wire transfer
2. Cash in advance by PayPal
III. Collection by customer
Self pickup by customer is due to logistic reasons not possible.
B. DELIVERY & SHIPPING COST
We ship worldwide. National shipping (within Germany) is done by DHL/ Deutsche Post, shipping internationally is done by DHL or UPS.
I. Shipping within Germany:
The shipping costs within Germany are 6,90 Euro. If the value of goods exceeds 500.00 Euro, the transport insurance is 6.00 Euro for an insured value of 500.00 Euro to 2,500.00 Euro plus 6.00 Euro, for an insured value of 2,500.00 Euro to 25,000.00 Euro plus 18.00 Euro.
II. Shipping Internationally:
The costs for international shipping depend on the order quantity (weight/ dimensions), the value of the goods as well as the shipping destination. As part of the checkout process, shipping costs will be listed before you submit your order. We can ship to almost any address in the world, but unfortunately we are currently not able to ship to the UK/ Russia/ Belarus/ Ukraine. If the cost of shipping to your desired delivery address is not provided in the order processing, please contact us directly - we will be glad to help you!
PLEASE NOTE!
Shipping with DHL Ident-Check:
Products marked "Sale only to customers who have reached the age of 18.“ will be shipped with DHL Ident-Check. Please make sure that the personal information in the customer account is identical to the recipient information. The DHL delivery agent will check the recipient's ID for shipments with Ident-Check. After a successful identity check, the shipment will only be handed over to the recipient personally. Please note that it is not possible to hand over the shipment to authorized representatives or other persons present or neighbors. The shipment can also only be picked up at the parcel store by the original recipient after successful verification of the identification data. A comparison of the sender's default (information in the customer account / order processing) with the ID data first name, last name, date of birth or minimum age, as well as the recording of the type and number of the ID document presented. Delivery to a packing station is unfortunately not possible for these items.
Importing into Non-EU-countries:
Importing into Non-EU-countries incurs additional costs to be paid by the buyer in the importing country and which are not part of the selling price! Customs-related costs such as import duties and related administrative costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Refusal to pay mandatory import duties and other costs leading to the shipment being returned to us will be at the buyer's expense. We will refund the order to the customer when it arrives minus any expenses, we have had to cover due to their non-compliance, including shipping to their country, return shipping costs and any related administrative costs.
C. VAT
The prices shown above include the German tax rate of 19% VAT, plus shipping costs. Due to the EU sales tax reform, the value added tax will be charged in the country of destination. Therefore, for purchases outside of Germany, the sales tax of the country of the buyer and not the country of the seller will be shown on the invoice. Thus, due to the different VAT rates per country, there may be changes in the final amount. We ship worldwide. Sales to non-European countries are without charging VAT. Importing into Non-EU-countries incurs additional costs to be paid by the buyer in the importing country and which are not part of the selling price! Customs-related costs such as import duties and related administrative costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
D. DELIVERY TIMES
*The delivery time within Germany is 3-7 days.
I. Below are the delivery times for shipping to other countries.
- Countries within Europe up to 14 days
- Countries outside Europe up to 30 days
II. If you order several items from us as part of one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time will apply to the shipment of goods as a whole.
III. Information on the calculation of the delivery date
The time limit for delivery begins to run in the case of payment in advance on the day after issuing the payment order to the remitting bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiry of the last day of the time limit. If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
