1. Please find below the delivery periods for shipping abroad
   - Countries within Europe, up to 14 days
   - Countries outside of Europe, up to 30 days


2. When placing an order with multiple articles, for which different delivery periods are applicable, we ship the goods as one shipment, unless arranged in advance differently. In this case, the delivery period for the longest delivery period applies.


3. How to calculate the delivery time.:
   The delivery period begins, when paying per advance payment, on the day after the notice of payment order from the transferring creditor institution has been issued. Respectively, for other forms of payment, the period begins the day after the conclusion of contract and ends upon the expiration of the last day of the delivery period. In case the last day of the period is on a Sunday or a state recognized public holiday, the period is extended to the following work day.
